From Children to Adult

KENDO masters will kindly teach you how to put on uniform and training armor, as well as how to do footwork and swing a shinai(bamboo sword). After all trainings, a serious match with KENDO master!!

Lcation：Meet at Ayase Sta. (Get off at Ayase Station on Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line)

Take the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line from Nippori Station and arrive at Ayase Station in about 20 minutes.We will meet at Ayase Station and escort you to the dojo.

Location2

Lcation：Kizuki Taisha Shrine (Get off at Musashisakai Station on JR Chuo Line)

The SAMURAI DOJO is located within the grounds of Kizuki Taisha, about a 5-minute walk from the south exit of Musashisakai Station on the JR Chuo Line. To get to Musashisakai Station, take the JR Chuo Line heading toward Takao from Shinjuku Station, and you'll arrive at Musashisakai Station in approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

KEI KUBOTA

Years of experience：46 years
Grade: 4 Dan

He started KENDO at the age of 3 and have learnt the spirit of Samurai while enduring rigorous daily training. Best result as a student was runner-up in the Tokyo tournament. He is aiming for spreading Samurai spirit to the world though teaching KENDO to children and foreign tourists and aiming for world peace as well.
